Rule #1: Must be have atleast 10 votes.
Rule #2: This is the format for requesting banner to be made:
Post Topic Title: Sig Request or Banner Request
Then copy this section to body of your post

Background Colors: one or two colors:
If two then,
First color:
Second color:
Text (max of three lines): Yes? No?
If yes then
Text Line 1: Line 1 Color:

Effects: Black & White, Blur, Negative, Edge Detect, Plastic Wrap, Brighten, Darken, NO EFFECT. |
Those are examples to help you decided what kind of request you want.
Rule #3: Fail to abide by the 4 rules posted about your request will be denied and deleted in about 12 hours after post.
After the banner is made, it will be PM’ed to you.
